1) Moment of Consciousness – Real change comes from within; without the desire to change, training will fall upon deaf ears. We understand how to see development from all perspectives, thus engaging delegates individually.
2) Moment of Commitment – Often the scary part. We understand that change can be uncomfortable for a period of time. We support and encourage people through this period.
3) Moment of Competence – Through persistence and practice new behaviours gradually become habit. We support individuals to a point at which the new behaviour has become subconscious. The skill is now “in the muscle”.
Who do you train? What groups of people?
Our flexible approach incorporates training, mentoring, coaching, presentation, interaction, reflection and challenge ensuring that we achieve the desired outcome. We work with solicitors, students, managers, florists, teachers, directors, councils, trainers and many more.
We understand that development is both an art and a science. We have a thorough knowledge of the science, psychology, models and methods to deliver excellence. How we deliver this knowledge is the art!
What size groups do you train? Can you cater for 2 people? 100+?
We have worked with individuals through to presenting in auditoriums to over 200 people.
Can we apply for grants?
There are grants available, indeed many companies lead in their marketing literature with this fact. At MoCo, we always look at the business outcomes first rather than being lead by the grant. Once we have established the best approach to achieve your needs we will be happy to help source the right funding if it is available.
