Stephen has developed an applied knowledge of team development through experience as an independent consultant and in senior management positions. He established Motivational Coaching in 2004, to supply qualified, professional development to business. The success of this concept led to the formation of MoCo Development Ltd. With a Master's Degree in business management, an advanced Diploma in business coaching and as a practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Stephen has a detailed understanding of applying motivational techniques effectively in the workplace and in education. Steve loves the countryside and feels very lucky to live in the beautiful Norfolk Countryside with his wife and three children. |
Teresa Kelly

Teresa brings a wealth of experience from the worlds of business and education to MoCo. Having been responsible for Norfolk Chamber of Commerce's educational programmes, including Workwise and Futurewise, for several years, Teresa is ideally placed to understand the mutual benefits of business and education working together. Teresa co-ordinates the 'MoCo Mentors' programme, liaising with local business and schools to provide experience from business to the next generation. Teresa personifies the term 'people person', showing a genuine interest in others. |
Grant Cullen

Grant helps leaders unleash the potential in their teams to achieve excellent business results. He takes a pragmatic approach to consulting and to leadership development in particular, focusing on clear, simple solutions that clients can use in the workplace right away and that generate business value. Accreditations include Coach & Mentor (Institute of Leadership & Management), Situational Leadership Trainer, 360 Degree Feedback Coach and Myers-Briggs Facilitator, combined with experience working with Circle Angla, Virgin Money, Dale Carnegie, RBS and Carphone Warehouse, amongst others. Grant's 17 years experience as a consultant, facilitator and coach, include winning a National Training Award from UK Skills in 2010 for a Senior Manager Development Programme. As a member of the Professional Speaking Association and an ex-president of Toastmasters International, Grant is an accomplished communicator. He lives in Norfolk with his wife and daughter. He likes exercising and loves rock music. He’s also a keen photographer – in reality more “keen” than “photographer”. |
Kathryn Starling BSc (Hons)

Kathryn joined MoCo in January 2011, bringing with her, not only a very cheery and pleasant disposition, but also valuable experience in the field of personal and professional development. With an Honours Degree in Education and Human Development, supported by experience working with young people through Broadland Council Training Services, Kathryn adds real strength to the MoCo team. Kathryn's skill with people, flair for creativity, sense of organisation and way with words make her the perfect person to co-ordinate the MoCo programmes and the PR that runs alongside them.

Mary Ferrey MSc

Mary ensures that the MoCo finances are in tip top shape. In a financial climate where 'cash-flow is king' Mary budgets sufficient resources to each of our clients' projects to make sure that every MoCo experience is effective and memorable. Mary's grasp of business gained through her Honours Degree and a Master's Degree in Marketing with Business Management, means that her contribution to MoCo is far more than her ability to keep the finances in order! |
Monty Colossus (MC)

Monty keeps our social media events in check. His amicable nature makes him the perfect person to send out confirmations, questions and reminders. Monty is calm under pressure and applies an organised approach to his natural people skills. Monty's passion for dressing as a super hero was a little unsettling for the rest of the team at first, but they soon became accustomed to the sight, sound and smell of green lycra. Monty is the real deal - a communication super-hero. |

Vanessa joined MoCo at a pivotal point in its development. As MoCo rebranded from Motivational Coaching in April 2009, Vanessa came on board, bringing with her a wealth of experience in training within large organisations. Her knowledge of designing and delivering effective development programmes for comapnies including Virgin Money and Aviva, strengthened the structure behind the MoCo development model. With a passion for inspiring, motivating and engaging, Vanessa has achieved some real results on an individual, group, departmental and organisation level and not always in the most traditional way! |

Andy's expertise as a brand expert, ensured that he really understood the concept of MoCo, from the outset, helping us to bring it to life. We love the look and feel of MoCo.
