Team Performance Appraisal - MoCo Insights, Norfolk

Link actions from training programmes directly to KPIs and performance appraisal through the on-line MoCo Insights system. This creates a link between delegates, coaches and line managers, therefore ensuring that action points are aligned directly with delivering business objectives.

We recently requested some assertiveness training for some new team leaders which MoCo liaised with us so that it was a little more bespoke for us and involved matrix management, dealing with people and new roles. It was a great session which got fantastic reviews from those that attended. I would highly recommended MoCo, if you want a hands on training approach with good results.
